We want you to be happy with every VitaNourix order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-day returns on unopened products
You can return any unopened product with its safety seal intact within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This includes items bought at a discount or with a promo code.

Free return shipping
Email us at care@vitanourix.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label, so returns cost you nothing.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to return the item. This applies to opened products too.

Opened products
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened supplements or products with a broken seal, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you to confirm. Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
